Terms and Conditions
Prices: Prices shown in our price list are current at the time of printing. Market fluctuations may necessitate alteration of prices without notice. Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at the date when the order is received by MM Ltd. Prices quoted are exclusive of V.A.T. which will be added at the appropriate rate.
Terms of payment: Unless otherwise agreed invoices are due for payment within 30 days of invoice date.
Delivery and Carriage: Orders of £150 at invoiced price and over are despatched “carriage paid” to one address on the U.K. Mainland (excluding ports or airports when actual transport port charges etc. are chargeable to the customer irrespective of order value). Monmark use FedEx as their preferred delivery partner meaning all parcels are accountable and trackable. Delivery starts from as little as £7.95 for a standard three day service. 24 hr carraige is available from only £12.95.
Small order handling charge: A charge of £15 may be added to orders under £40 net value.
Claim and Liability: Notice of any claim relating to shortage of or damage to goods shall be made to MM Ltd within 72 hours of receipt of the goods. In the event of loss or non-delivery the buyer shall notify MM Ltd in writing within 7 days of receiving the invoice. MM Ltd shall have no liability in any circumstances for any consequential loss and in no case shall its liability exceed the invoice of the goods in question.
Reservation of Title: The property in the goods will not pass until all payments due to MM Ltd by the customer have been paid in full: until such time the customer will be entitled to sell the goods on the account of MM Ltd and will retain all proceeds of such sales in trust for MM Ltd.
Guarantee: If it is shown to the satisfaction of MM Ltd that any material or workmanship in its products is defective MM Ltd guarantee to rectify, replace or give credit for such defective material or workmanship to an amount not exceeding the invoice price. In no circumstances whatsoever shall MM Ltd be liable for any further consequential loss.
Customer Garments: Any embellishment applied to customers own garments (i.e. Embroidery, heat-sealed badge, silk screen printed logo) is done entirely at their own risk.
